Tomato Seeds - March 11

We're making progress.

The tomato seeds (4 varieties) were planted March 1.

On March 7, one tomato seed had sprouted.

Here they are today, the 10th:  

I'm surprised they sprouted at all.  The dirt is mostly bark.  They've been on the back porch since the day they were planted.  It's been warm, it's been cold (but not freezing). 

They'll be some tough sisters if they survive.
